Foodie University is a fun open kitchen where people come together for a hands on cooking experience. During the two hour class you can participate as much or as little as you would like. We encourage everyone to have some part in making each dish, but if you would like to sit back, watch, and enjoy your beverage, you can do that too.
Foodie U. started in a large studio under a different business name, at first we thought it would be fun to do kids workshops with cupcakes, and some art classes. One day a parent asked if we could do an adult cupcake party, a chance for the parents to hang out without the kids and enjoy acting like one for a few hours. We suggested a booze infused cupcake and they loved it, we booked our first party and just continued to grow. Now, we are located in a newly remodeled building. We have an amazing location right down the river from Kelly Drive and a block away from the East Falls train station. We look forward to continued growth and hope you enjoy!
Here at Foodie University we purchase local, fresh products which help enhance the flavors of every dish we prepare. We go to local farms and farmers markets weekly to ensure great tasting, fresh ingredients.

Your instructor Chef Antonio Munoz has been in the restaurant business his whole life, starting as a busboy at 15 and working his way up in the kitchen. After high school he went to Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI where he learned the basics of cooking, & running a restaurant. He is now looking to pass on his years of experience and education to all the foodies in the area.
